Just done a full rebuild on car. Run it up and was fine. Took it out for a drive fine. Brought it back ticking over and it cut out. Had no spark from the king lead. Changed the coil for a brand new one and still no spark. Any ideas? Thanks.

check wiring to the aei unit, theres one connector which is 3 pin, one should have constant power, one should have earth and i think one just when its cranking (thats what i remmber), my r5 has a strange issue where it dropped power to this unit , i hard wired it straihgt from the battery with a bit of wire, car started.. then i removed this wire and it ran for another year without issue :S..

Is there a way of testing tdc sensor? Or a way of by passing it just to try?
