Turbo pipe???

Can anyone tell me what the small metal pipe is that comes off the back of the turbo and runs to the carb. Mine is loose, I can pull it out by hand, I guess it should be tight with the nut done up. Does it have an olive to seal it???

It's part of the boost system to the actuator and the nut should be tight don't think it has a olive on it

Is that the pipe that goes into the turbo exhaust elbow and into the inlet manifold?

You know what I can't even remember what that was for, part of the OE breathing system? I removed mine that long ago and blanked both ports with a bolt!
