The vids i seen he's running it at 20psi

Anyone know what parts will be required and how much a conversion like this would set me back??

Take a look @ Robbie aka Turbo ted's profile he has done the 1.8 F7p and spent alot of money and car sounds and looks fecking awesome and looks quick and only running 4psi at mo ar being run in.

I am also about to do the F7p turbo conversion myself over the next couple of weeks:D

turbo =t25 or t28 so your be wanting a saab 900, rover 220 or nissan s14 turbo say£150
turbo manifold= turbodynamics i think its 89 quid now
turbo downpipe if you contact Hayward and scott as they made the original down pipes for bb tuning i forget there price now
803 bosch green injectors = renault 21 turbo i picked a set up for £40 used on the owners club or look on ebay as i think cossie greens are the same?
intercooler or chargecooler=£100-£300
pistons=you can run a bar of boost on machined pistons by taking 1mm of the crown and std rods or go for £800 forged pistons and rods
chipped ecu = http://www.williamsclio.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=41840&highlight=fast+chip+problems

mine also blew after 1000 miles the fire rings looked like eggs from the det if only i could of checked the AFR'S and knew what i do now about fast chip and how a standalone is the way to go so 500 quid for a adaptronic

R21 inj = light green 802
Cossie inj = dark green 803

Fast chips were usually mapped for r21 iirc, I know coops said he tried 803's & he was running rich, he's on 21 inj @ 15psi iirc.
There is a guy called kj that does live maps for the ecus but yoiu are resrtricted to 1 bar due to the map sensors, unless you can find a 2.5 bar map sensor hat works on the clio ecu.

So im looking at around £2k for the main parts
Then i need to source a good sold williams engine inc loom £300/400
And then hoses etc etc £200/400

Would need an uprated clutch aswel i guess...Also is the standard box strong enough to handle 250/300bhp??

This is going to be a project build! once ive sorted all the parts im gonna stick it in another shell.

I'm gonna budget £3.5k for a good strong engine and box.
