rust opinions?

hi,

got under my 5 raider today and took some pics, just after opinions on how bad the sills look, they seem worse at the jacking points!! i think thats cos the under seals been knocked off over the yearsand never touched up, and so has bin attacked!
ive not done any welding before, but im borrowing a mig welder and gonna get some practice in, but do i need to put a whole new sill in or can you just cut the **** out and weld bits in?

Ideally, you need to get the sill body kit off and have a poke around.....

I should be able to get some sills soon, fingers crossed mate.
