Problems uploading pics

Can anyone help me at all, when I try uploading pics I get this message after about 5 minutes:-

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator (http://www.rtoc.org/boards/sendmessage.php) and describe the action you performed before you received this error

Is this a website problem or mine? I have tried on a few computers though.... Home and work and I get this same message...

What is the size of the image you are trying to upload? could be to big had this before with the same if not similar message

Each one is 3mb, do you thin this is too big? Im not sure I know how to shrink them....?

Dont worry problem solved. I just used a lesser camera and took them all again!

To shrink images down, download this programme, then you can just right click an image and then resize
