Went for a drive car was driving fine then its took alot longer than normal to come on boost. Then boosted fine. Doing around 30 in 2nd came to the 60 zone and nailed it and no boost. Checked all pipes and fittings all ok. Took the telephone hose off and the rotor isnt spinning its solid. Strange thing is made no strange noise or smoked or anything so im confused. Just waiting for it to cool down then going to take the turbo off any ideas peeps

if it hasnt damaged the blades then just change the exhaust housing for another one with less cracks

Very common fault got lots just like that. Turbo should be fine with another housing.

was thinking that but shaft has side to side play. looks like a hybrid turbo it has garrett t2 rear end and t25 air research front end. Dont know what turbo to go for i defo want a full t25 but not sure on spec.

most turbo's will have a little side to side but its the in and out shaft play you really need need to worry about
