Cam lift

Does anyone know the hight of the lift on various cams that would fit a b18ft? Clio rsi, b18ep/e gtx 8v meganes etc...?

iv got a clio rsi cam ready to go into my b18ft, but iv yet to measure it

I had an b18ep cam in mine but a lobe got chipped:rolleyes: im looking for something else, so as im looking thought id see what the best one to go for would be lift wise:D I hear the gtx cam is good but its like rocking horse sh1t:laugh:

whos using what cam? how much of a difference did it make? how much power and when etc...?

Would your engine respond to just lift or would duration be of more benefit?

No idea. Im hoping someone with a lot more knowlege than me can help with the matter. I was under the impression that more lift was better than longer duration on turbo cars, how will lift/duration affect the power/ delivery?
