I got back from Gambia Yesterday after an brilliant trip with a mate of mine. After seeing a green 5 used as a taxi, I soon realised old Renaults are still popular cars over there. Anyone saying their unreliable must now prove me wrong, to last out there on their roads is incredible in its own right.

In fact, the last photo is a 5 which we crashed in to in our 405 taxi :wasntme:, we got out and they had a little look, shrugged their shoulders and drove off.............the place is nuts!

Anyway, I hope you like the few photo's I snapped knowing they would get a little smile on here.

Renault 4 Dakar style FTW :smokin:

you noticed that the tarmac appears to be laid direct onto the sand - yet there are no pot holes!!!???

It looks smooth on those pictures, that's the best road there.
