just trying to work out approx cost.

also how many miles is it to a gallon?,

1 litre = 0.219969157 Imperial gallons according to google.

If you mean how many mpg does a 5 normally do i think its mid to high 20s?

well the 5 has a 43L main tank and a 7L reserve so work it out from that :)

Ive had 350+ on a tank in my tungy :cooter: if your carb jetting is good you should be able to get 30mpg off boost/steady driving easy :)

I'd like to know the average as mine seems pretty good on fuel.
I've been using it as the daily as it's a lot cheaper to run :laugh:

I'd 2nd that. My old White one did almost 400 to a tank but that was off boost driving 60mph max boring as hell. But normal thrashing round town would see 250 to a tank.

I averaged 36mpg when we went out on the RR day. cant believe it. i knew it had done well, i allways thought it was much worse than that, cruising 50-60mph does sit at 15.2 so slightly lean. :agree:
