Any guesses on this one???

I went to start the car without the choke and it fired and cut out, so pulled the choke and started again, running for a minute while I reversed out of the drive, then cut out again. This time it would nt start for love nor money......Left over night still not starting, so I tow it for about 100yds and it starts????

Could it be that the choke is flooding the engine??? it did it once before in the morning and started fine later that day......

could be all sorts, but start with a good clean of the carb or even a rebuild kit as most need it.. takes a few goes at cleaning the carb sometimes, rare to get it running sweet first time everytime..

i once found my carb rocking as the screws in the base of the carb came lose, always worth a wiggle test..:)

the acc pump jets a pain, it drips rather that sprays so when you blip the throttle it stalls.. test that too:)
