View Full Version : My new phase 1 11 turbo project

What do you guys think?
Recently bought my first reno 11, its a phase 1 and totally original even down to the original plates, wheels, exhaust etc. Purchased off an older woman who said her mum and dad had it before her and that they bought it from new. Believe it or not it has spent its life on the same street that the dealer used to be on (dealer closed about 20 years ago). It has been sat for since 2008 and has done 90k with full history and remote fob. Everything seems to work on it and im suprised how little rust is on the car (just two small patches on the drivers wing). It starts and drives and runs spot on fan cuts in etc.

Yeah its not too bad, needs a real good clean up to start with and the trip computer even works:D

Love the side decals, wheels, twin headlamps etc. Looks like there is a bit of damage to the front grille ?

Get the mop and polish out :) I am not jealous in the slightest :D More pics !

As mentiond, the old Trip Computer is a rare thing now a days!!

CGB Bob is breaking a phase 1 11 at the moment & I know he's had a Grille on E-bay recently? Not sure if he sold it?

Keep us updated as to the progress?

thanks guys, the grill does have a piece missong which is a shame, thanks for the heads up Big steve ill give bob a shout and see if he has sold it.

I bought a front grill+light surrounds for my 11 electronic a few years back,may still be available?? I was supprised at what was Renault still had! they were selling front bumpers for these ,for £13:cool:
I can look up numbers on the microfiche,if that would help with any bits.
