Fuel leak

Hi,

I just popped the bonnet after a short drive this evening, I smelt a wiff of fuel.

I located it to the anti perc fan plastic funnel that blows cold air at the base of the carb. It houses a pipe which I can only assume is a fuel line.

Not liking the idea of fuel potentially leaking onto something hot, tomorrow I plan to investigate further. Is this the main fuel line into the carb?

I will disconnect the pipe from the carb, remove it from the anti perc funnel and locate the leak.

Is this pipe available still or is it just a case of replacing it with a particular dimension fuel line?

Yes its the main fuel line to the carb. Runs from the fuel pressure reg to the carb. You can replace it with normal fuel line with the same I.D :)
