No, it was an item you won, to sell on for a massive profit. Now I know that there's nothing technically wrong with that, but a club member could have been eyeing it up to buy for their car. Now you come along, and try and sell that person the item, claiming that you're doing them a favour by selling it to them cheap, when it's nearly double the price that they would have got it for, had you kept your greedy little mitts off.

this thread spells fail all over, it really pisses me off when i hear about people trying to do over others in this club..

Its a pay in only club, meaning if you dont pay you get very little, therefore most people on here are very comitted to both renault turbos and the club itself. By purchasing all the supplies of one product and therefore trying to create a very tight market you dont really do a thing for the club.

good job ode clee didnt decide to pull our pants dwn and make himselfa few quid on them manifolds hey ;).. otherwise he would certainly be quids in now.

on another note, take it as a lesson that trying to rip off fellow members/friends dosent pay and instead you end up with a rook load of cams and pulleys that will only sell on rip off flee bay.

I have got 9k worth of receipts, most of them from k-tec as I did not know any better a few years ago. This also includes a respray, brand new renault bumpers, grille etc. The only thing not touched was my interior. (and yes thats one receipt per part, not multiple replacements!)

This basically replaced every engine part and suspension part with a "K-tec" one so I am struggling to see how 40k could be spent!! :scratch:

The way I see it, I was stupid enough a few years ago to pay one of the most expensive tuners going to build me a Renault 5 Gt Turbo from basically just a shell and it came to only a ¼ of the cost that the lad is quoting here.
