Will pay whatever? You should be careful some may take advantage of comments like that.
If you're going to buy a new/replacement turbo it may be worth thinking about what you want to do with the car in the future I.e buy a suitable turbo to your requirements rather than any old thing which doesn't smoke.

might not be the turbo could be stem seals or rings ??
