gone for the option of a twinpass intercooler on my clio..
how did you figure out what pipes to use etc ?
im new to the boost game (being from a largely N/A background)
so i apologise if this comes across as very newbie'ish

I run a twin pass on my volvo engine, im guessing your intercooler has 2-2.5 outlets? Its just a case off planning out your pipe run and buying the correct size pipe.

I tried to make my run as short as possible :)

I tried to make my run as short as possible :)

this is definitely worth the effort as i notice with my i.c setup(although it not that bad) the boost takes that little bit longer to build up as its got to fill the larger boost circuit before it even reaches the engine.

the smaller the circuit the better response:agree:

2.25 inch on the gt28 rs turbo IIRC ? i couldnt tell you without measuring.. but the intercooler ive found on the bay is 2.5.. can i buy a reducer of some kind ?
i have no choice but to run twin pass.. its that tight in the bay as it is.. ill just have to settle with a slight loss in boost pressure
