Well, seeing as this has been posted on the '5 gt turbo' board, I doubt they're for a lawn mower :p
I've never had a problem with NGK B8EVX's, or the Champion N3G's (The oe plug).

Have tried both and i reckon my car runs better on the Champion N3G:)
Has no one tried the Denso Iridium?
Well I know some people have, but I don't know if they seem better than the various NGK, etc.

First post!
B8EG for low boost and B9EG for high boost
evx plugs thend to last longer but the EG plugs are more performance wise...
No denso's! :wasntme: that's for JapCrap :wasntme:

In my opinion the B8EG and B9EG plugs are toilet, clog up to quickly and don't work well in any application
B8EVX are a good all rounder, i've used NGK campus plugs before and work very well even at high boost.
Can't go wrong with standard champion N3G though

i had a set of OE ones from renault at great expense, and they 'blew out' and missfired on big boost
iridiums do the job, not sure what part no. they are though

I did once years ago - they were fine. I can't say if they were any better or worse than the NGK's or Champions mind. :)
B8EVX are a good all rounder.

I've always used NGK B8EG, never had a problem from motorway cruising (30k plus) to full chat rallying, never fouled, or come out any other colour than spot on IAW the back page of your Haynes manual! I do change them every 6k though.
