Heavy duty mounts? Which ones are we talking about, the ones which companies class as uprated? these are just pearl engine mounts but not available anymore so might be lucky finding a company still with stock. Got a firstline engine mount in for somebody and that seemed fine but obviously untested properly. Scoff done a rear mount which was made from a landrover engine mount I believe, and also there is a company which does real uprated ones but they were in the excess of 150-200 I seem to think.

They aren't heavy duty, its a bit like group N clutch or whatever they want to call them, the engine mounts are more than likely pearl ones which he has left over.

I had probs with my engine moving alot with standard mounts, (clutch arm was bashing my double cap intercooler) so i got the engine steady on the front of the gearbox and squashed a wishbone bush over it, fits perfectly into the subframe and my engine barely moves now.:agree:
