Popped a tyre yesterday and in need of another Toyo T1-R 195/50/15 i can order one from k-tec for £51.60 but unsure of when i'll get it then i have to pay for fitting too.

anybody know of any decent garages in the north east (durham) that will stock this tyre.

cheers folks :agree:

you'll still need to get it fitted but much cheaper than k-tec :)

Get that tyre from camskill as that will be a lot cheaper, but delivery will be 2-3 days though. When I was looking for that size at tyre shops they wanted around the £70 mark for it :crap:

Always get my tyres from camskill, tried mytyres once for Toyos and they mucked me around so much so got my money back and found camskill was cheaper than them, have kept going back with all my cars plus tyres for family cars as well. Local place gets them fitted £10 each

I havn't used them personally, but thats only because I work at a tyre shop. I know a few people that have without any problems, and that price is only a few pounds more than the cost price we get at work. I havn't got a clue how they make any money. :)

I order all my tyres from Camskill. They're always delivered the next day as well

Why would anyone order tyres from K-Tec? Maybe they're Group A tyres

Sorry to hijack the thread a bit but can I please ask why Toyo's?? I mean for my other car they are half the price of say a Pirelli or a Goodyear so if they are any good, for half the price I would seriously consider them!

I use them on track and they're pretty good for a road tyre - well worth a try! :)

camskill are great, i got a cheeky wheel refurb on mine for £200, took along the new tyres, so it saved on the fitting costs :)

no problem m8 :) i bought it with T1Rs on the back and R888s on the front. i only needed 1 back tyre so i thought i would keep them the same rather than have 3 different types of tyre on me car. as for what tyres are good or not i have no idea but the R888s in the dry are fantastic.

i paid £7.50 fitting still cheaper than the nearest tyre garage to supply
