Hi,

Just got a slammed 5gtt and want to lift the back as its on the deck 70mm below stock by my calcs.

Done this a long time ago but don't have a tool (slide hammer with correct threaded end for torsion bar) any more.

Any ideas where I might buy one?

Anyone know off the top of their head what the thread size is on a 5gtt torsion bar?
I might knock something up.

cheers

I found that a slide hammer force was better at removing the torsion bars. I welded a thread to a slide bar and used a dumbell weight to knock it out. Simples!.

Thats assuming you have a welder, spare bolt, bar and weight LOL.
