I had to leave my cars in storage in the UK when I moved to Hong Kong. Taxis and walking are making me sad, plus there are some awesome roads here. Importing the GT3 is going to cost 15k in shipping and duty (screw that) and they go for mega bucks here so I can't sell mine in the UK and buy another here. So, want to get another wip...
Had a little looksie and I have managed to find a Mk1 Clio V6 for sale. 20,000 km only. It's around 7 grand sterling (car prices are strange here). Obviously bloody rare in Asia.
I know the Mk1 is a bit wayward, but I think it's good value and will be a good crack with a few tweaks (sports flutes, bucket seat, geo).
Any comments on driving experiences, obvious problem areas to look out or more general thoughts much appreciated!
