Side skirt removal

Anyone know how you remove the standard side skirts off a gt turbo?

look underneath where skirt meets the lower edge of the sill,it may have rivets or bolts or screws fixing it,remove all of these.


you may want to remove the arches or at least the lower bolts to make it a little easier.
i dont bother got my technique down...:D..

take a hold of the lower edge and lift it up gently,kinda sliding it at a 45 degree angle to help it off the clips on the outer sill...they may be rusty...

Cheers mate, I couldnt see the inner clips and didnt want to snap em all

Luckily its bolted at the bottom so no rivets to drill out

you should be fine,clips are available to buy new,and if you break the tabs on the sill you can fix those to,either buy a repair kit....or if you just look at it make up some yourself.
