rr setup.. wtf!

Bit confused. When u have an adjustable top pulley how do they set it up on a rolling road? Or is it something that needs setting before hand and just leaving? I can't imagine them setting it on a roller as they would have to get the chain case off and reset tappets.. Any answers appreciated. Ta.

GTTuning many years ago use to sell a removable inspection and adjustment cover which made it easier but they are very hard to come by now days.

A local member to me had one made up a few years ago cost about £100.

Would a rolling road place set it up still as its so difficult to do?
