gearbox issues

bin drivin car for a few month now and the box has started getting stiff
between gears, some more than others aswell, ive checked leval of oil
and thats fine, greased all linkages and still the same, should i take it that
my box is on its last legs,
thanks for any info or thoughts

Make sure the clutch is disengaging enough, could just be a stretched cable.
