Ok, ive got a lot of por 15, now when i was stripping the r5 down today i found a few areas of rust behind the wing, now the only part that had holed was right in the corner.. Im thinking about hitting it with some por 15, and then once thats curved actually fibreglassing it..

Now im far from a bodger, however from the reports on how well por15 works, and how it actually works, i cant imagine this being a problem at all, and considering how complex it is in that corner it will save tonnes of agro with making up the pieces to weld in there.

well i attacked this and have took some pics, my plan is for now to leave it there as is, however i will be giving it a little extra treatment after summer when ill be repainting the full engine bay..

Ill scuff up the por 15, and apply some fibreglass however i will also drill through it a weep hole to allow any trapped water to still escape.
