Hi can anyone help me
it only does this when i lift off and then accelerate again, its like a jolt, its fine when cruising, the engine is totally standard along with the carb,i overhauled the carb with a kit from the club shop, and it had its emissions set up and passed mot,is it just a case of getting set up on rolling road as they will see what its doing on the rollers,or is they something i need to do before i put it on rollers to save me money,
it has new plugs, ht leads inc.king lead, dizzy, rotary arm, fuel filter:dearme:

is the acc pump correctly set usiing the drill bit in the carb base ?.. Also if you lift the carb top off and look down do you see a clean quest of fuel when you opperate the accelerator.

insert the 5mm drill bit between the wall of the carb (part with the straight line gap) and let the throttle butterfly rest on the 5mm drill piece then adjust the screw if necessary so it has allowed the accel pump to be compressed.
