I'm trying to decide where to put my external oil cooler... Where have you put yours? Pic please

K-tec fitted mine here m8 , had no issues doesnt restrict rad or anything .

thats exactly where i put mine.... i may need to raise it slightly as is jsut below the grill level..... or should i leave it

Most go for below the cross member, try not to get it in from of the rad if you can. Other places include behind a headlight (Morettes) behind a foglight in the wheel arch (requires a fair bit of work). Make sure you run a thermostat or it may run too cold.:agree:

nice photos.............. id go for rubber pipe...un braided......going over the alternator with the braided pipe can cause shorting out...............if you try to do any tinkering.... had it a few times................also its a tad more flexable and narrower.

Happened around the same time Ashys old raider went up. When I saw flames in the engine bay I had visions of that picture of his burnt out shell right there in front of me! Brown trouser moment.

Don't use cheap hoses...
