following on from this thread

http://www.rtoc.org/boards/showthread.php?t=20147

im wondering on some spring reccomendations, somthing tight but not silly hard, but somthing that would still be stiff enough for track use..

I also like a pretty low ride height.

Any reccomendations

Obviously the ride height can be set as you require. I'd recommend a 7" spring 300lbs or more. I'm sure James will agree but probably around the 350lbs.

Check the link on the other thread to dfalkner, also James recommended a place to me but i cant remember the name...............

250lbs and 7in spring and go from there.

Anything other than standard springs from Gaz are better.

I used to run a 350lb spring, I think it was 6in but this was a while back now.

250-350lb is probably ideal for road/track use :)

Gaz recomended 7" 320lb springs for my 5(track/road use)Cant comment on them yet as the 5 ain't on the road yet
they also asked what tyres I was running when they recomended those springs(I'm useing 888)
