View Full Version : Help please with my r5 gt turbo

First post!

Hi, it would be great if some one could help me...I have a Renault 5 gt turbo 1986 model. The inlet hose for the t2 garrett turbo keeps coming off when the turbo boosts. It's just got a silicon hose on there at the moment, the problem is the flange on the turbo where the pipe connects is just not thick enough to get the jubilee clip on far enough down. The question is where can I get a bolt on inlet pipe from and is there such a thing?

standard t2 should have plenty of room to give the jubiliee somthing to bite onto really.. no matter , its sorted now i guess.

Welcome to the club once paid :) definately wouldn't mind seeing pictures of the car, and if you need any help theres myself or a few members round this way can help out or know people who can.

As said above you won't regret joining the club fantastic for advice, part's and a great bunch of people to meet aswell + we need some more females on here it's a bit of a weener fest:laugh:
