fao R5's with volvo engines

first off, who has/how many members have the b18ft engine fitted in a r5.?

secondly can anyone with pictures of the volvo engine fitted in the r5 post up the pictures they may have?

im after pictures that show the engine complete in running order.


also as ive decided to keep my volvo 460 turbo and im wanting to minimise the amount of sh1te under the bonnet:sad2: i thought the gtt engine had a jumble of hoses but the volvo is worse in my opinion!!

so what can i loose from the engine bay to make it look abit more minimalistic..?

thanks for that blick, not seen may that run the gtt carb.

That doesn't look EFI matey looks like the 1.7 GTX NA but been converted to turbo with GTT parts top job aswell though.

yeah it was done by primma racin a few yrs ago.... 196bhp on the rollers, bought the 5 cheap as it was rotten as a pair and hes just finished puttin it in another 5 :) alot less hoses than mine with the 1.4 :laugh::laugh:
