Water temp sensors [Archive]

Right, just a quick one :) I have three C series water pump temp sensors sat infront of me, they all have a different temp stamped on the side of them but all look identical. Im sure each one would physically work on the GTT temp gauge but would it give me the correct reading on the gauge? Ive got 115, 120, and 125 degrees. Is there a correct one that i should use or doesnt it really matter ? :D

Been having afew odd readings on the "coupe" so would like to make sure i slap the correct one in ;)

Or, is the temp stamped on the side the temperature that the warning light comes on at ??

There where at least two options when ordering from memory.

You are welcome, I think one had a white or light coloured top and the other a brown or dark colour. It is the temp range and at what point the light comes on. I think getting old:D
