With Christmas only about 4 weeks away i thought id start a thread to find out what peoples favorite special occasion drink is :)

Ill start, mine's a nice glass of Baileys over lots of ice (and no im not gay lol)

kopparberg pear cider for me, i cant stop once i start, it tastes really sweet like pear drops.
sooo much better than the irish ciders.

I discovered havana club dark rum (reserva 7 year) and a splash of coke is bloody nice.... :)

but for special occasions i'm partial to a turbo southie (said... suvvie) - southern comfort and smirnoff ice :) discovered it one paddy's night :agree:

lol ive heard of a turbo shandy, smirnoff ice and stella, southern comfort is ace tho so i might give that a try. my fave drink at the moment is jagermiester and red bull.

if you can find it try doing a few pints or Erdinger (tap) without falling flat on your face.. in my eyes it makes stella on par with water.. :smokin: its only 5% but somehow it just wipes you clean out:cool:

Just JD on its own, with some ice. Especially if its Jack Daniels Silver, need to try Gold though. Just need to pop over to America for that :cry:

if only, i have drank my share and most of yours over the years im sure:p, hence your not likely to catch me touch anything these days.. in the last few years i could count the number of times i've had more than A drink on one hand (im always driving)

when i worked at the restaurant there were some hardcore drinkers and even they would fear a messy night on the Erdinger

my friends seem to like washing down every drink with a Jaga bomb, there nice but after a while it can get messy:D

i think me and you would be good drinking buddies :D dissarono[amaretto] is also one of my past fav drinks, you want to try dissarono with cherry coke! is great.

A few years ago i'd stick anything in a drink, turbo shandy's were usually a starting drink... Ahhh, my more anti social time of life... That's gone, thank god:D.

Now, just a pint of Strongbow or a Fosters will do me. I'm more partial to a cider, as i've always had a sweet tooth. Shame it's slightly worse for your liver, apparently.

Here here Dave, its amazing what working in the pub/night club industry will do to your drinking habbits! I will try and stay as sober as possible now as when you sit their watching being, what i like to call "loose" it makes you think i am like that??

I worked in a Vintage Inn in Burton-Upon-Trent when Erdinger came onto the pumps, gorgeous stuff! I have to say Baileys is what i like to go for at Christamas if i drink at all!
