Interesting these are differnet to my sets. Mine don't have the locating holes at the back o the driver's one, I not sure where they are meant to attach too? Backs are the same as mine.
So not same style as yours then or just dont have the locating holes at back? Well at least the back ones are ok :)
my 1st 5 i bought thier where similar to them but no locating holes
and i chucked them out for some cheapies if i knew then what i know now:(
Mine are the same as the ebay ones in the link, they actually say renault 5 on them :) I also have a cloth set too.
Can be seen in this pic fitted in my car

Forgot about your 5, phew least they are the right ones then :D do remember seeing those mats in there though. Have you got the locating holes on yours?
I think they do mate, no idea why they have them though! my rear mats a curved to fit the carpet too:)
Ahh so not located anywhere then just sitting there, will keep that bit on though.
Got them through, see what you mean by saying renault 5, they are in great condition, not worn down anywhere on front two, just needs a bit of a clean, one rear one in excellent condition as well, but one of them has some of the rubber squares broken off but still well happy with the purchase, just need the rest of the interior to put it all together to make it look great :D
Mmmm, little bit different to mine.

In the lockup downstairs, passenger side looks like brigsy's above. They both have the extra tabs btw.
My drivers side mat is identical to yours hoolio, shorter than the passenger side.
Im missing the locating holes on one mat, but still happy with the purchase anyway. Just need to find an original radio though :crap:

Finally managed to track one of those down though it arrived with the wrong cage. My rear mats are definately wrong though.

Which one did you find in the end, found a couple of eBay which is of the same period but would rather find an original one, but guessing finding the Raider cassette player is definately not going to happy easily, but then again I thought that with the mats really.

A pioneer KE2090, pretty good condition but I'd like a perfect one for J510 :-)

yeah dont blame you there, surprised it hasn't got an original one in there already though. Think everyone is on the look out for one, think easiest option is to buy a car with one in then sell car on. Anyone got a totally OE one that want to sell me cheap

Are you sure it was the 2090???

:-) I'm not sure this argument will ever be totally settled but along with my handbook and papers in the blank plastic folder I have a manual for this model.

Its actually got a really brilliant three disc changer in there with a remote control :-) it can't be too far. Off period and its perfect nick.
Its a bit like do you go for a player which is close to it, or do you find the exact model, found this one on eBay

i have genuine radio swap yer for your mats!!!!
It would need to be a Philips DC682 if the swap was to take place ;)
why do you want a radio out of a mk I clio:confused:
Because thats what came in the Renault 5 GT Turbo raider, they in the clio as well?????
when my grandad bought his clio from new it had that radio in maybe thier were using up stock? had a look on tinternet at pic and it was defo one of them:confused:
Just searched for clio DC682 and google came up with nothing :( so like you said maybe it was just very few to use up the last bit of stock, your grandad still got his car :D
no he only had for a few years im afraid other wise i would have done a swap
just seen your project looks smart:agree:
Cheers, thats why I got those mats, so many bits trying to get for that car, my car part collection is crazy really, just hope I got the bits to put it altogether and big help from local renault and also Mike for parts
yer im really lucky i use to work at a bodyshop and our sister garage was a renault
garage so i can go up thier and badger them and normally get the parts i need
unstead of somebody fobbing me off, just saying no cant get them no more
yeah, I work for a car parts company so get most of the bits from there, but have known the Renault parts man for about 5 years now, always does me good prices for the bits, and knows the system well to find me the parts needed even when im not the best trying to describe where they are, got loads of their print out sheets though which is great help with finding bits for the car on where they go :D
iv'e got reno dialogy so i find the bit i need which then gives me the part number i then go to reno garage, saves lots of time and get right bit everytime
so if you need part no's just ask:agree:
I normally get them to find the part numbers as if you order by part number and its wrong you cant return them. Not that I have had a bad item yet from them.
