First post!

Returning member from a few years back - a few of you may remember me....

Used to have a EFI R5GTT which I ended up heaving to break - very long story for those of you who can remember!

Nice to be back!

No don't think thats him, owner of that purple car was called Chris that used original C1J head.

Think i remember this car G4ORD owned, it was some custom bodywork 5 that Mike had for while but never did anything to it.

Hi all, nice to be back!

I didn't own the purple one - it was down there at the same time as mine tho!

I had the Efi engine up and running when it went down an yes it was the same car with heavily modified sills and doors!

It's taken me this long to let it go in a way - cost me thousands and I had to break it In the end... Mike sold parts off the car and engine whilst it was down there without telling me and ****dd me about for months so I asked for it back! Drive shafts out, engine was different, sills were damaged, starter was faulty endless really!

Thinking of getting another 5 after seeing B9 GTT go to waste in Newcastle to which a friend owned after buying off GT tuning many Years ago!

New plan - lightweight body with efi engine, nothing to mad just to enjoy and actually drive...

I don't I'm afraid - I thought I would be able to access them on my old account but I've forgotten my login number and password! It was primed at the time it was at Mikes, split rear screen, flared arches and door with grills and a one off bonnet....

What happened to Mike by the way - locked up I hope!

Hey you live and learn mate... I might have some pics of it on my old PC up in the loft if I ever plug it in and have a look.

What happened to B9 GTT didn't know it was floating about up here?

You on the look for a project then?

Ashy,

Its was my mates and after having it for a few weeks he always had problems and it ended up sitting on his drive for years then in a lock up and now scrapped i think or burnt out during a fire im told???? note 100%

Defo looking for a project and im going to use B9 as a template and add bits here and there - same colour scheme and front end/bonnet and wheels!!

Need to look for a clean canvas of a 5 and rip it to bits and start it ready for summer...

Can u remember the time I brought the glittery 5 i had whilst waiting on Mike haa u seemed to enjoy driving it!

Nice to be back anyway...:)
