Hi all,
I'm just about to replace my rotted windscreen panel. Any advice for removing the windscreen and any tips on fitting the new panel, its a panel cut off another car?

thanks

id imagine the hard bit will be unpiking the welds on the original panel , get a desent spot weld drill bit. I pay a bodyshop guy local to me whos very good at this thing to do mine.

I'll be ok with the fabrication, but i'd still like hear how anyone has done it before, as it may make it a bit easier. Removing the window in one piece seems abit fiddly.

Thanks for the link, does the rubber surround just pull away or is it bonded to the windscreen?
