as where talking header tanks

has anyone found any substance that removes the brown discolouration from used header tanks? theres got to be something out there that will help clean a tank up good n proper.

plug outlets with corks.

pour in about an egg cup full of arborio rice, about a cup full of boiling water, put the cap on, shake it like hell for 2 mins, remove cap, empty contents, rinse out the header, dont eat the rice
