boot wont lockast

as title my boot wont lock i noticed it before xmas i thought it might of just been frozen or something but its no different now, i take it my boot lock is creamed so i need to get a new one ? if so i could do with one asap

probably just corroded to hell,we took lomo's apart an tried to save it.
its amazing how much it can be stripped down to get to the barrel itself..

ended up putting a donor one on there.lube up an ready to go.

Make sure the loop thats bolted to the boot lip is in the right right place, after I had to replace due to a rear end smash it took ages to get it alined right and until it was done it wouldn't lock
