Southern RR day

Anybody interested in a RR day down in the south, either in Horsham (RH13 postcode, 10/15 mins from the M23) on a dyno dynamics RR (4wd so not just gtt's) or at Track n Road in Rainham (not far from the M25/Dartford tunnel but 2wd only), if there is any interest I will get some prices & poss dates sorted.
It will be a Sat as I think thats prob best for most & thinking of March time so it give plenty of notice & should be a bit warmer.
This is open to all club members, not just GT Turbo's if we use the Dyno dynamics we can get any car on it, if we use Track & rd it is 2wd only though.
Add your name below & the car you will be running. Spectators welcome also.
If anyone else can think of a different venue please shout up, I think Mike (gt turbospares) had somewhere in Dorking ? Feel free to try to sort that if you can as well, just trying to get a few people together for a day out :agree:

Hi Steve, yes there is a place near Gatwick have used many times. They have moved from Dorking, it waqs Motovation Motorsport. If you need any more info just let me know.

Ok, a couple of phone calls & we have some prices.

Spc, 4wd dyno dynamics 2-3 runs, printout, £30 per car, saturday.

Austec; 4wd 2-3 runs, printout, prefere a minimum of 8 cars, can do sat or sun. £30

Forgot to ask if austec was plus vat, spc said it would depend on numbers.

Steve I do shift work and I'm working the last weekend of march & first weekend of April.. So the next two weekends in april i'll be of, so either sat or sun will be good for me :agree:

End of April sounds good to me, sounds like it will be an interesting turn out of various engined 5's in various state's of tune and not just all C1J, looking forward to this:agree:

just spoke to colin at atspeed there price is a little dearer at £40 per car for more than 15 cars,they can do an evening session,they will throw in a bbq,free tea and coffee and a free dvd of the day. take a look at atspeedracing.co.uk there set up is:cool:your thoughts please ladies and gents:)

If you want accuracy, does it not have to be the large single roller?

ie, Track and Road and Rainham?

The others maybe a measure between cars on the day, but not against an absolute.

I think so matey currently been signed of for 4 weeks until operation which is on the 31st March then they have said they will sign me of for 3 more weeks after that for recovery period, and then after that I am not supposed to do anything strainious. And I need to still sort out my oil pump on the 5:crap:
