Doing a full engine rebuild (pistons liners etc).. took the oil pump off today and tested the internal tolerances as per ians right up in the articles and its on the max, so i thought it would definatly be bets to change for new, however i noticed cgb do the internals for £80 and then the full pump for £125.

The full pump has the bottom peice reground, just wondering if this is really necessary and would others advice i go for the full, this is the condition of mine.

if the inside of the bottom pic - the upper pump body is smooth on the edges, it is ok to buy the internals. - all you need to do to the lower pump body is stone it flat with a sharpening stone (and oil) or get it milled flat at your local engineering company, or rub it over sandpaper stuck to a flat surface....
