Hello all

What boost do you run on your t28s ive turned mine down to 0.8 bar at the mo till I get carb set up.

In campus i set mine to 24psi earlier in the year

I would say as long as the turbo has 360 bearing it's more a question of what your set up is good to run. ie Fueling , charge temps, ignition timing and general health of the engine.

charge temps looow huge fmi not quite as huge as mr campus thoe thats insane if its the oneim thinking of ;_)

At what point would you say boost is to low for such a big turbo is 0.8 abit of a waste:crap:

You think one on the campus is big, you not seen the red 5 yet! :laugh:
What make of cooler you got then?

Even at standard boost a T28 will b flowing more air then standard turbo so its not a case of being waste, just not using it fully.

I thought your red one was your campus resprayed sorry,yeah red one fecking huge insane!My cooler goes up into the bumrre maybe evo sized :D biger then the gt tuning double cap or cosie fmi I used to use many years ago.

My turbo has stopped smoking since I did an oil change btw,Took air filter off and it does have some left to right play but seems good for now:)

Lol! No the campus still looks original mate, proper sleeper, the red 5 gt i've had tucked away for while having the Volvo conversion done to it. ;)

at the moment my t28s running 28psi. :eek: but the cars undriverble. so going to run it back to 20psi. its great to drive then. :agree:

Mine run's 18psi given the engine has standard internals.

my daily run around , see profile , runs 22psi all day , neigh probs on the t28 roller bearing, its enough to make ya smile on a long stretch of road when ya want too..:), its not laggy at all either as lots of people warned it may well of been...:D

I was running 0.8 bar I didn't turn up the boost it done it itself when I fixed a leak,goes to show if its not broke dont fecking fix it!!!
