Right, i have the standard temp gauge in the dash and a aftermarket gauge in the centre vent, i stupidly thought id T into the standard temp gauge wire for the aftermarket gauge but all this did was kill the supply to the standard gauge, so the other option i have is to fit another seperate temp sensor in the block or head but the problem is where?? do any of the b18ft gurus know of any blanking bolts i can use to put the sensor in?? thanks in advance

You can get a kit that you fit in the top rad pipe AFAIK.

:agree: As Steve says find out the id of the top rad hose pipe, and the thread of the sensor and then just buy to match.

bought these just, they should do the job, bought a 34mm one so i dont restrict flow too much, 32mm will stretch on i rate, sensor is same make as my gauges so calibiration shouldnt be a problem,
