Chassic number

Hi, Can anyone help me. I need to apply for a new log book and I have to put the chassic number on the form. Can anyone tell which number on the plate is the chassic number.

the vin number can be found on the turet top or on the vin plate it starts with the renault symbol and goes over a couple of lines and has the renault symbol at the end i think

ok I wasnt sure if was the one line or the two, I will put the two lines on the and see what happens. Thanks
