4 that I've seen! Stu has a mid-engine one, there was stuart beals old wide arched 4wd one, there's a front engined RWD white one and a local company to me was building a yellow mid-engine that may or may not have ever seen the road.

Was that Stu's one? He bought it from somewhere 'up north', where it had been sitting for years.

I think that Bealo's was the only 4WD one that's been done.

I'm sure from memory there was a twin cosworth r5 but memory also serves it went up in flames many years ago.

That was Stuart Beales 5 that Scoff mentioned.

It was basically a Sierra Sasphire Cosworth floorpan shortened to accept a Renault 5 body ontop of it, no twin engine/turbo combination. It had a wide arch Skeete kit fitted to accept the wider track of the Sierra wheelbase.

It did die in a fire, not too sure what caused it but not much was left, remember seeing a pic of the burnt shell ontop of a container in a scrap yard

If memory is right thats Ian Nixons old twin engine 5, remember there being a feature on it too in a magazine. That ran 2 1.4 C1J engines

As said above by Mark, that was Ian Nixon's twin C1J'd Renault 5. They weren't Cosworth engines.

Never seen a twin YB powered 5 before, would there be enough room for it?

If you find link of it put it on here, be interetsed to see that one

Come to think of it if that car exists i can't see how it would work though, being both engines are designed to run as RWD.

Nay, steve has the 'other' EP orange GTT that Charlotte owned for a while, then someone else. It was a normal FWD shell, albeit the same colour as his twin.
