In the end i went for the toad ai606 and managed to get round to fitting it yesterday as im now able to walk again after me operation last week, what a ball ache it was and so many wires, but managed in the end, the only problem i had is the centrel locking was working but not pulling the door pins all the way down so thought damn the pulse isnt long/strong enough, so i decided to take door card off and take whole lock mech out, soaked in thinners for half hour and blew out with air line and hey presto it had worked, turned out all the years of oiling the mech (servicing) had built up inside with grit and was clogging the moving parts, tis nice now to have working central locking and an alarm as a bonus,lol, next job is fitting me front mount.not looking forward to that,lol. just thought id share.:coffee:
