Well tryed starting the 5 this afternoon and it was having non of it (it has been stood a couple of weeks) It nearly fired up :(

Now batteries flat so recharging that at the moment, one problem that did arise though is for some reason there was loads of clicking behind the fuses (as if the relays were going mental)

Am hoping its just the battery was low on charge or have I got a major prob?

Cheers

I have had my starter click when the batteries been really low but has never happened after a good charge.
Give it a good charge and see what happens before you worry.

thats probably all it is..its just been layed up,together with cold damp weather, and remember a 5 isnt usually going to start thats easy due to that, charged battery hopefully will do the trick.may be an idea to whip off the caps an top up with de-ionised water covering the electrode thingys....

Put charged battery on today and started 2nd turn :)

So decided to take the 5 out for some fuel, and found out that its possibly the worst car ever on a little bit of snow ended up having to have a push off my estate but was ok on the main road!

Cheers again for advice guys, was panicing abit yesterday with all relay clicking
