file convertors???

ok guys im haveing a bit of a prob,ive downloaded a movie from itunes to my memory stick.and its saying its mpeg 4,but what i need is mpeg 2 so it can play on my tv
but i cant find a decent activated convertor:cry:can someone please point me in the right direction
