orite guys got a prob managed to strip engine down/out of car and have notticed that it is defo my liner thats away :cry:
was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why this may have happend
also was wondering wot piston and liner upgrades i could do ?:confused:

what boost was you running, tell us more on the spec of your engine.

was running 10psi through a t25 with a group a carb double capacity intercoller group a gasket aswell

wot such as dodgey fuel filter/pump?
is this a common thing with the 5s ?

So we can see what condition your pistons, rings , head is in for signs of problems. As soon as group A carb is is mentioned, fueling sometimes becomes an issue :scared::)

No dodgey 'grp A' carb, that'll be your problem more than likely
What happened to the liner?
