oil return hose

is there 2 of these hoses one from the turbo and one to the sump? and are both hoses the same diameter and length? im a bit confused as i have parts lying all over and unsure

its for a phase 2

iv been searching and i think its 22mm? by what..?

Oil return hose looks like this and comes from the bottom of the turbo.

As soon as its out from under the turbo though it changes to a metal pipe which runs across the front of the front of the gear box and connects to the pipe coming out from the front of the sump.

yep 2 hoses one from turbo to metal pipe then one from metal pipe to sump. there is two sizes of oil return so if yours is 22mm then both pipes should be 22mm i/d

[phase i 16 v turbo]

Depends there are two different setups. This is the most common but some came with a longer black pipe and a shorter metal cross over pipe

lol this is whats confusing me, i no what the pipe looks like etc, just wonderd if i could get one off ebay rather than paying £22 for 1 pipe

so both hoses are the same size? im pretty sure my sump on my other engine is a phase 2
