Pretty much as per title I have got a stiffy:eek::laugh: well I mean stiff brake pedal and am wondering if anyone can tell me the size and thread of the OE GTT brake caliper nipples for the front and rear calipers, as I am thinking of drilling and tapping mine myself as I know bother rears need new nipples not sure on fronts. I assume my fault is down to air in the system as I did replace the brake fluid resveoir pipes with new as mine had a split so air could have got into the system when I replaced the,.

Tried removing the brake fluid filler cap and pumping the pedal but no luck pedal fecking stiff :(,

Also what other rear brake calipers from other cars would fit the GTT just in case I balls up the drill and tap:laugh:

Cheers James

A stiff pedal sounds like you have popped the Master Cylinder seals? Anyway avoid the Delphi rear calipers if you buy new, the threads are shocking for the bleed nipples. Other brands put a steel sleeve in for the nipple - much better.
