ok just checking whats involed when removing the breather pipe work..

so you remove the one way valve in the back of the inlet and replace with a m10 bolt.. you then remove the pipework that goes from that to the 1 way valve and then to the telephone and the breather pot..

when you remove the breather pot that sits on the pipe that return to teh sump do you block this up ?, or leave it open or what ?

then i presume you run a hose from the rocker cover to a catch tank, and block the breather outlet on teh telephone hose.

You can block the return to the sump, rocker cover to catch tank or do it like the cup mod. This is rocker cover to t-piece on sump drain then onto catch tank. Bin the rest and m8 in the inlet, jobs a gooden.

I left my breather pot in place & went rocker cover to pot, pot to catch tank for ease:)

cheers man, ill have a think on which way ill go about it in a bit.. ill probably loose the return to sump as i find sealing teh sump with engine in situation is a nightmare due to that metal pipe off the side so ill block it right at the bottom :)

:agree: M8 it is matey, M10 are the head bolts size and M6 are the carb top bolt size for the lobster if you remove the studs that is (not that you asked for that:laugh:).

Just make sure the bolt you use to block the inlet manifold up with isn't too long, it'll poke out the inside of the inlet maifold if it does.
