That's wierd - I was just trying to think of the name of that game just yesterday (in an almost retro kind of way) used to love it.

Might have to take a peak when it comes out and put it with the rest of my xbox library not getting any attention. I'm collecting for my retirement.

i might be wrong but i think it's only for the playstation 3 not xbox

rtoc league sounds good but we have tried to do stuff like this before but noone could be arsed in the end

the game seems good so far, sadly the european choices of cars aint all that, still lacking compared to gran turismo 2, the computer ai is as poor as ever, im destroying the computer in bog standard cars :(

has this been worth the 6year wait then?i still remember the nites on gt2 untill very early in the mornin on endurance races.

ive got a ps3 but how would you say it compares to forza3 on the xbox?

atm id say not as good as forza or needforspeed shift but once u have unlocked everything, cars,tracks etc and got lots of cash then i think it will b much better

yeah a bit disappointing and the turbo 2 isn't even a premium car so there's no dashboard view - which is how I like to play it :(

I actually found a turbo 2 in the used car sales and then by coincidence I won one on the next race :laugh:

I just wish there were a few more uk tracks other than the top gear race track :) which I still haven't unlocked those damn camper vans hehe..

and is it me or is tuning your car time consuming.. I'm sure I seem to be going through so many menus in fact I think I'm getting screen burn of the GT logo as I wait between screens :wasntme:

Great game though especially with the DFGT wheel :agree:

i would say forza on the xbox is a better overal game, but GT5 is better just because its the oridgenal driving game lol

tuning cars defo takes to long, and first time i put the disc in it was a good 1.5hrs till i could play it cause of it uploading and my ps3 havin to update :scared: (should of used it more often lol)

hehe.. I can see what you're saying but I didn't take to forza, maybe I just didn't give it enough time but it just seemed a little boring, I'm finding variety with GT5, especially with the special events, b spec (a tad boring) and licenses I think with forza it was just straight up racing :(

I will say when I moved to the PS3 I was disappointed with black ops! the whole games a lower res :( and it runs about 30fps as apposed to 60 on the 360!!

agreed that forza is overal a better game to play, there isnt much restrictions on power you can use on gran turismo races so you tend to blow away your opponents with ease, but when played with the all singing all dancing logitec steering wheel with the proper gear stick its a pretty damn special game

still its a bit of a shame with the cars in the game, still pale in comparison to gran turismo 2 :cry:
